Co-owner and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, plays a key role in sourcing investment properties and closing deals, while also mentoring other investors. He leads our construction and rehabilitation projects, overseeing project planning, contractor coordination, and quality assurance with discipline and precision. Wynton’s leadership ensures every property is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality

Huston Williams

Co-Owner and retired Pennsylvania State Police Lieutenant, manages the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, investment planning, and compliance, while also assisting with rehabilitation projects and property cleanouts. His leadership ensures fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and the long-term sustainability of Williams & Williams Properties’ real estate investments.

Shaniqua "Shiq" Williams

Oversees tenant relations, leasing, property maintenance, and compliance with housing programs. She ensures residents’ needs are met while maintaining strong communication with community partners and stakeholders.

Elaine Williams

Plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of Williams & Williams Properties. She assists with bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all records, while also providing administrative oversight to keep daily operations running smoothly. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help maintain fiscal accountability and contribute to the overall stability and growth of the business.

Bobbi Jo Mims

Brings valuable hands-on expertise to property renovations, playing an active role in transforming and restoring homes. She works closely with the project manager and local trades, coordinating efforts across carpentry, painting, and finishing work to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. Her dedication to detail and craftsmanship helps deliver quality results that enhance the property’s value.

Derek Williams

Serves as both a contractor and licensed electrician. He oversees electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades with a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all codes and regulations. Beyond his electrical work, Derek contributes to broader contracting needs, assisting with renovations, maintenance, and property improvements.
